Hello everyone. In the summer when I need a healthy dish.. this recipe below is one of my options. After cooked bulgur and quinoa according to the instructions of the pack, add the chopped fennel, chopped lettuce, canned tuna, green olives, chopped parsley, a mix of pumpkin seeds, sunflowers and flax seeds, 1/2 fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
