Hello everyone. This is one of my favorite recipes for Halloween. Pumpkin is cholesterol free, rich in vitamin A, has only 26 calories per 100 grams, but above all it’s delicious. I hope I’ve gave you an idea idea for tomorrow evening… Happy Halloween.
Ingredients for 4 people: 420 grams macaroni – 500 grams pumpkin – 1 shallot – 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – 1 pinch of nutmeg – 6 tablespoons of parmesan – salt and pepper to taste- rosemary to decorate
Directions: Cut pumpkin and shallot into small pieces, then, put them in a pan with the 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, nutmeg, salt and pepper until they cook. In the meantime, put boiling water in a pot and follow the instructions on the package of pasta. When the macaroni are cooked “al dente”, drain the pasta and put it into the pan, with the cooked pumpkin, for about a minute. At this point, turn off the stove, add the parmesan and the rosemary to decorate, before serving. That’s it. Bon appétit.
