Hello everyone. Today I propose another recipe ideal for a healthy and nutricious meal. Cooking octopus takes a bit of time, but this recipe is very simple. The octopus can be cut also into larger pieces, is easier. If you don’t like it, you can replace it with prawn tails boiled. I hope you enjoyed it.. I wish you all a good day.
Ingredients: 1 octopus (500/600 grams) – 200 grams of cherry tomatoes, halved – 100 grams of arrugula – 1 lemon juice – 2/3 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper to taste.
Directions: In a large pot boil the octopus until it became tender, for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Let the octopus cool in the pot. Then remove it, clean it and cut it into thin slices. Serve in a plate with arrugula, cherry tomatoes halved, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
