Hello everyone. This is the first recipe of a series that I decided to call “Nutricious and Delicious”.. I start with one of my favorite smoothies for breakfast… It is a healthy and delicious recipe that I will absolutely recommend to try… I hope you like it… Have a lovely week.
Ingredients: 1/2 cucumber slices – 1 cup baby spinach – 1 banana slices – 1 cup of mineral water or coconut water- 1/2 lime juice -a teaspoon of honey.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Easy right?
