Homemade Pizza

Hello everyone. I love going out to eat pizza at least once every ten days, but when it’s summer, I like to make pizza at home by myself, because higher temperatures are needed to grow the pizza dough in a natural way. The recipe that I propose is called “Pizza Margherita”, it is very simple and I have to say… It’s my favourite.. Thanks for reading and I wish you a good day.

Ciao a tutti.

1ED3EA88Ingredients:

250 ml of warm drinking water – 500 gr of flour type 00 – 12 gr of fresh yeast – 10 gr of sea salt to dissolve in water – 25 gr of extra virgin olive oil – 250 gr of tomato sauce – 250 gr of mozzarella cutted into smal pieces – few leaves of fresh basil.

Preparing homemade pizza:

Put the flour on a work surface in the kitchen and create a hole in the center. Pour the water in the center of the flour. Add the yeast dissolved with water and begin to mix the dough. Add extra virgin olive oil and the salt dissolved in a little water and continue to knead vigorously, until the dough reaches a good consistency and not sticky. Put the dough in a large bowl and Cover with a damp kitchen towel without touching the dough. Allow to rest at least 2 hours at room temperature 26/28 c°, for the rising phase in non-ventilated area.

Cooking homemade pizza:

After placing the dough into an oiled medium big pan, extend the tomato sauce with a little salt and bake in preheated oven at 200 c° for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the pan with pizza and add quickly mozzarella, and then put it back in the oven for the second phase of cooking, until cooked. Once ready, add few leaves of fresh basil. Enjoy your meal.

B9D1E1E3Ingredienti:

250 ml di acqua potabile tiepida – 500 gr di farina tipo 00 – 12 gr di lievito di birra fresco – 10 gr di sale disciolto in poca acqua – 25 gr di olio extra vergine d’oliva – 250 gr di salsa di pomodoro – 250 gr di mozzarella a pezzetti – qualche foglia di basilico fresco.

Procedimento:

Buon appetito.
