What’s for breakfast: Ginger Berry Banana Smoothie

Hello everybody. This is what I like to eat for breakfast lately. I hope you enjoy it. happy Wednesday.

Ciao a tutti. Questo è quello che mangio ultimamente a colazione. Spero vi piaccia. Felice mercoledì.

Ingredients: a piece of ginger- a banana – 100 grams of berries – 100 grams of greek yogurt.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. that’s it!

Ingredienti: un pezzo di ginger – una banana – 100 gr di frutti di bosco – 100 gr di yogurt greco.

Combina tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore fino a che è frullato fine. Tutto qui!

    Oh noooo………….. I have to taste that, I’m so crazy about Frutti di Bosco and Yogurt Greco, If I can I eat the Yogurt Greco with cranberry and nuts in the afternoon but also in this way it have to be delicious 🙂
