A simple cold soup full of vitamins

Hello to all. It’s been a long time since I do not propose a post like this.. The Gazpacho is full of vitamins and minerals and low in calories.. Perfect for those who are on a diet or for those who want a healthy recipe. I hope you enjoy it. Happy Wednesday.

Ciao a tutti. È da tanto tempo che non propongo un post di questo tipo.. Il Gazpacho è pieno di vitamine e sali minerali e ha poche calorie.. Perfetto per chi sta a dieta o per chi vuole una ricetta sana.. Spero vi piaccia. Felice mercoledì.

Gazpacho Semplice

Ingredients: 300 g tomatoes, chopped – 2 teaspoons white vinegar – 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil – 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped – 1 spring onion, finely chopped – 1 cucumber, finely diced – a pinch of salt and pepper – half teaspoon of paprika.

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth,. cool for a half in the fridge and then serve the preparation. That’s it. Easy right? Enjoy it.

Ingredienti: 300 gr di pomodori a pezzi – 2 cucchiaini di aceto bianco – 1 cucchiaio di olio extra vergine di oliva – 1 peperone rosso a pezzetti – 1 cipollotto tritato – 1 cetriolo a fettine – sale e pepe Qb – mezzo cucchiaino di paprika.

Unisci tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore fino ad ottenere una purea liscia, metti a raffreddare in frigo per mezz’ora e poi servi. Tutto qui. Facile vero?. Spero vi piaccia.
