A Fresh Summery Italian Pasta

Ciao a tutti. Questo è un piatto che va servito freddo, ideale per le caldi estati. Spero vi piaccia. Notizie in arrivo.

Ingredients for two: 200 grams of pasta – 80 grams of pesto – 2 fresh tomatoes – 1 soft goat cheese (as in the photo) – 10 basil leaves -3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil – salt and pepper.

Preparation: Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package, in the meantime you chopped tomatoes and chopped goat cheese. Once cooked the pasta, pass it under cold water and then dry it. Add the pesto and mix, add the tomatoes and goat cheese cut into pieces, and then seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Put in the fridge for about three hour before serving.

Ingredienti per due: 200 grammi di pasta -80 grammi di pesto – 2 pomodori freschi – 1 formaggio caprino morbido come nella foto – 10 foglie di basilico – olio extra vergine d’oliva 3 cucchiai – sale e pepe.

Preparazione: fate cuocere la pasta in acqua bollente salata per il tempo indicato sulla confezione, nel frattempo fate a pezzetti i pomodori e spezzettate il formaggio caprino. una volta cotta la pasta, passatela sotto l’acqua fredda e poi asciugatela. Aggiungete il pesto e mescolate, poi i pomodori e il formaggio caprino tagliati a pezzi e condite con olio extra vergine d’oliva, sale e pepe. Mettere nel frigo per circa tre ore prima di servirla.
