Refreshing Smoothies

Hello everybody. The “smoothies” are one of the new cult drinks of those who choose a healthy lifestyle. This book, that I bought some years ago, presents over 100 fabulous recipes for smoothies. Enjoy!

Ciao a tutti. Gli “smoothies”  sono ideali per chi ama uno stile di vita sano, sono veloci da preparare, contengono un sacco di vitamine e sono deliziosi. Questo libro “Smoothies e altre delizie da bere” di Elsa Peterson-Schepelern , che ho acquistato qualche anno fa, contiene oltre 100 ricette di smoothies. Enjoy!

My favorite recipe is:

Ingredients: 250 grams of fruit (banana, kiwi, strawberries etc.), 250 ml natural yogurt, 125 ml of crushed ice, honey.
Preparation: Put all Ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a soft cream.

La mia ricetta preferita:

Ingredienti:250 grammi di frutta(banana, kiwi, fragole ecc.), 250 ml di yogurt al naturale, 125 ml di ghiaccio tritato, miele.

Preparazione: metti tutti gli ingredienti in un frullatore e frulla fino a quando ottieni una crema soffice.
